Help Chrysalis survive covid and joblessness

Hey folks! I’ll get right to it, I’m an unemployed trans woman who’s been surviving on dwindling savings and the generosity of my best friends while I’ve been battling COVID-19 and emerging heart complications for the last few months. I was diagnosed with covid at the end of December 2020 and developed sudden and unprecedented heart complications only months later. I’m still investigating these issues with my cardiologist and other doctors but so far we know that I now have a heart murmur caused by mitral regurgitation, a condition that indicates structural damage to my heart and will likely require surgical intervention in the future.
My heart is working much harder than it needs to in order to pump the same amount of blood and I am constantly suffering from fatigue and exhaustion. I used to take long walks every single day and now I can barely get around my living room or muster the energy to fry myself eggs. Performing basic tasks is a struggle and because of covid-related gastrointestinal problems, even just feeding myself plain foods is extremely painful. I can barely eat or sleep like this, much less work, and that means I have no means of covering the various expenses that being sick brings on. I have rent and bills to pay, groceries to buy and delivery services to pay for because I don’t have my own car. My 12-year-old laptop is barely functional, and I will need to buy a new laptop if I hope to return to work again in the future, as contracting COVID-19 again would likely prove fatal in combination with my newly-discovered heart problems. Unemployment has some of my information wrong and my attempts to contact them so I can apply have been fruitless for months.
I have a lot of expenses to pay if I want to survive, likely including future medical expenses, and I currently have no way of doing so beyond my savings, which are enough to cover one or two more months of rent. Please help me survive this!! I want to be a trans woman who lives to be an elder!! The amount proposed here is enough to help me and housemate stay afloat for at least the rest of our lease with some extra for food, medical bills, and other necessary expenses.
