Help Christopher & Sandra get back from a tough place

Hello, we are the Knedlik's. We have always been hard workers but we have had a series of things that have put us in a tough place.
I am a very physical worker how doesn't sit still. I am a master wood worker and turner, a musician, an artist and a leader in a christian motorcycle ministry. I lead a mens chemical addiction group because I an 12 years sober from 31 years of drinking and 25 years of drugs.
11 years ago I was in a car accident and I had whiplash. I did physical therapy and went back to work. 9 months ago, I started having back issues again. On 3/18/25 I was put on medical leave. After many doctor appointment, X-rays and two MRI's, I was to finally to start treatments on 5/27/25. On the Friday before I was to start, the furniture plant I worked for laid off all the employees off. Along with losing my job, I lost my insurance. Without insurance I can't do treatments to get my back fixed. Without my back fixed, I can't get a new job.
To recieve unemployment, I have to look at 3 jobs a week and apply for at least one. If I am offered a job, I am expected to accept it, except I can't take a job with a bad back. We don't qualify for Medicaid and the cost of regular insurance is not an option.
In the middle of all this, my wife retired, which was planned for over a year. The only income we have is her retirement check of $950 pr month. Our household expenses are way more then that. Our saving are depleting and bills are everywhere. I need to get medically better and have my debts kept in check until I can go back into the workforce.
Before all of this, we were supporters of the motorcycle ministry, a rehab, our church, a suicide prevention program and I personally filled bag to feed the homeless that I also handed out. Because of my back, I have not been able to do any of these.
I play music for my church and I sit in parking lots and play just to entertain people for free. I live by the saying "give an inch and take a smile". With this back issue I can't do these either. Doing stuff for others is my calling in life but right now I can't. Please donate so I can get back to loving others.
If I raise more money above our needs, it will go to support ministries for people who struggle.
I am trusting that God will provide. Thank you.
