Greetings to all my friends, family, fellowship members, and supporters. My name is Christopher Rios, a Hispanic man in my 60s, and I am an active member of a 12-step program with 31 years clean. I am currently living on a fixed income and facing a significant challenge: my vehicle's engine needs major repairs, and the cost is more than I can manage alone.

Having reliable transportation is essential for me to remain self-sufficient. My car allows me to attend recovery meetings, get to medical appointments, do my grocery shopping, and take care of daily tasks like laundry. Unfortunately, my health issues make it difficult for me to rely on public transportation, and I would prefer not to impose on my family and friends for rides. The repairs are simply out of reach for me right now.
