Hi everyone, my name is Christopher Coello, and for the past three years, I’ve been living with kidney failure. It’s been a long, painful, and exhausting journey filled with countless doctor visits, dialysis treatments, and sleepless nights. Every day, I wake up hoping that today might be the day I get the call — the one that says a kidney is available and my second chance at life can begin.
Being on the transplant list is both a blessing and a challenge. I’m grateful for the possibility of a new kidney, but the wait is unpredictable, and the costs keep piling up. Between medical bills, medications, and transportation to dialysis three times a week, it’s been difficult to keep up financially. On top of that, once I do receive the transplant, I’ll need to take expensive anti-rejection medications for the rest of my life.
I’ve tried my best to stay strong and keep hope alive, but I can’t do this alone anymore. That’s why I’m reaching out for help. Your support — whether it’s a donation, a share, or just a message of encouragement — means more than you could ever know. Every contribution helps cover medical expenses, travel costs, and recovery needs once the transplant finally happens.
For anyone who knows me, you know how much I love life and how deeply I want to get back to living it fully — without being tied to a dialysis machine and without the constant uncertainty of when my next good day will come. I want to spend more time with my family, return to work, and simply enjoy the small things again.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for giving me hope. With your help, I believe that better days are ahead — and that one day soon, I’ll get to share my story of survival and gratitude from a place of healing. Please donate or share this page to help me reach my goal and finally get the life-saving transplant I’ve been waiting for. With love and hope, Christopher Coello
