Help Christine stay in treatment and out of jail!

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who have taken the time to visit this page and read our story. Your support means the world to our family, and we're deeply grateful for your kindness.

As many of you may already know, Christine has faced immense challenges over the past 12 years, battling addiction and struggling with her mental health, which unfortunately led to her incarceration. The legal system she encountered has often seemed more focused on punishment than on providing real solutions for recovery.

Recently, Christine faced a dark moment in her life when she attempted to take her own life. She felt trapped, not receiving the proper medical, physical, and spiritual care she so desperately needed, coupled with the looming fear of more jail time due to a technicality that led to a probation violation. It's understandable that anyone in her situation might question the purpose of it all. However, by some divine grace, she has been granted a new lease on life, an opportunity to recover and heal during a 12-month program at a treatment center in Alabama.

Here Christine is truly thriving. She's receiving the comprehensive rehabilitation she has long deserved - spiritually, physically, and psychologically. Regular visits with a medical professional are helping her rebuild, and recently she reaffirmed her faith through a deeply meaningful baptism ceremony with her family by her side.

Just when we saw the first rays of positivity, the Cherokee County GA Probation office has entered the picture, demanding Christine's return to their custody. We believe that she belongs here, in this supportive environment that's fostering her recovery. To ensure the best possible outcome, we're seeking to raise $3,500 to secure the services of an experienced attorney. This legal expert specializes in drug and alcohol cases and has a wealth of knowledge within Cherokee County. With this attorney, we intend to file a motion with the Cherokee County courts, urging them to let Christine remain in rehab and out of the cycle of the failed legal system.

Any amount you can contribute, no matter how big or small, is deeply appreciated. Your generosity is not just a financial contribution; it's a symbol of your faith in Christine's ability to overcome these challenges and reclaim her life. Your prayers and love are truly making a difference, and we are forever grateful for your support in this crucial moment. Thank you, from the depths of our hearts.

Faith Without Works Is Dead

14 What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? 17 So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. - James 2:14-22
