My name is Christine, and I’m currently undergoing chemotherapy for lupus. The treatment has been incredibly tough, and one of the hardest parts has been losing all of my hair. I never realized how much my hair meant to me until it started falling out, and now I find myself feeling embarrassed and heartbroken every time I look in the mirror. I want to raise funds to help me buy a couple of quality wigs, as I don’t have much of my real hair left and it’s been a struggle to cope with this change.

Having some high quality wigs would mean the world to me. My self-confidence has been completely destroyed, and I hardly leave the house anymore because I feel so self-conscious. I just want to feel like myself again and have the courage to go out and live my life. As someone who is disabled and living on a fixed income, I simply can’t afford the cost of the wigs on my own. Your support would help me regain my confidence and take back a piece of my life that I’ve lost during this difficult journey.
