Help Christina Buglione Fight Stage 3 Cancer

Hey everyone, Brien O'Brien here and I'm reaching out to you on behalf of our beloved friend Christina Buglione. She has recently received a cancer diagnosis and needs our help. I asked her to put a few words together about her journey and where she is at now, so you can understand what's going on -

"I have been very public about my cancer diagnosis in early June. I had a surgical biopsy at the end of May which came back positive for endometrial cancer. It appeared to the doctors that it was contained. They determined that a complete hysterectomy was necessary and would totally remove the cancer.

I went to my post-op appointment this past Tuesday full of hope. To say I was unprepared for what I was about to hear was an understatement - I learned that my cancer had spread and was Stage 3 with an 83% invasion into the area. My heart broke into pieces.I skipped denial and went straight into anger and sadness. I've always said that if I were faced with a life-threatening disease I would not choose traditional Western treatments like chemo or radiation. Well, when you come face-to-face with mortality, things change. The thing is I WANT TO LIVE. I plan on doing both holistic and traditional treatments. The doctors are clear that my best chance for survival is to do the radiation treatments.

My goal is to work as much as possible because I absolutely love my job and my clients. Unfortunately, there will be a time where I'll be too sick to work. This goes against every grain of my being, but I'm going to need help. Someone I love and respect has persuaded me to ask for some assistance. I am a single, self-employed woman, and the truth is I don't have the resources to carry me through this."

We are humbly asking if you'll contribute what you can to carry Christina through this challenging time. We have set a goal of $15,000 which would completely cover at least 3 months of ongoing living expenses as well as other possible unforeseen expenses. 100 per cent of the funds collected will go directly to Christina to use as she needs to take care of herself during this ordeal.
