I have recently been offered an amazing opportunity to attend a 10 day Trauma Release Training in Mazunte Mexico this November to become a certified practitioner of the Triple Vagal Method (https://www.integratedsomaticinstitute.org/triplevagalmethod).
I am deeply inspired by this modality and I am very much looking forward to helping others in their healing journey with this method. This modality defines Trauma as any excess, blocked, or stored energy in the body as a result of too much stimulus at any given time that the body and conscious mind were not able to process or 'clear out'. The method uses the Vagal Nerve to work through the stored energy and release it or 'process' it into usable energy, while flooding the body with oxytocin to assist it in coming back to a stabilized resting state thereby healing the 'trauma loop'.
I had the opportunity to receive a few sessions from a phenomenal TVM practitioner back in May which released massive points of acute pain in my body that I have delt with for many many years. Four months later, the pain is still gone and I am able to continue to increase my 'Vagal Tone' which allows me to handle stressful situations more easily and take on the day to day stress of the world with more strength and ability. It is truly a phenomenal tool and I am so excited to learn it and to help others.
I am seeking donations to help cover the cost of the training ($2,500), airfare ($1,000), lodging ($500), and food ($300) = $4,300 total estimated.
This is the last time the training is offered at this price as it will double next year
Things I am able to offer in exchange for your donations now:
- most any type of 'legal' work you need completed (business or personal) - see ideas below
- TVM trauma release sessions after I complete my 10 day training & before I am fully certified - for donations of $50-$80
- TVM trauma release sessions after I am completely certified as a practitioner - for donations $100+

- Business - Canva or Publisher designs, Excel spreadsheets/graphs, Professional and Legal-type communications, Commercial Cleaning, Financial advice, Business negotiations advice/mediating.
- Personal - Cooking, Food Prep, Cleaning, Garage/Basement/Shed/Closet Organization (very skilled at Tetris style prioritizing, organizing, and clean-out), Pet Sitting (including very sensitive animals), House Sitting, Landscaping/Yard/Property clean up (lots of experience on big jobs, technical jobs, and forest work), Painting, Horse Tack Cleaning, Horse Maintenance/Grooming, Child Care (all ages), Teen and Pre-teen Mentorship, Hair braiding for Martial arts competitions, Personal Financial advice, Budgeting, Credit Building, and of Course... I still make my COOKIES!
