On 8/27/24, we lost a great man.

Casey was the most loving Dad, Partner, and friend that we could have had. Casey battled health issues for a while, but nothing that stopped him. He fought to move forward with a smile the whole time. He lived for Christine, Isabella, and Braxton. They were and always will be his entire world. No matter how hard things would get, he made the world laugh. He had some crazy ideas that he brought to life. Who else can pull that off? He had goals and pushed to meet them. He loved with his entire heart. He never turned his back, even if it seemed like he wasn’t around. He always was. You didn’t even need to know him for a while to know he had your back. There was nothing in the world he wouldn’t do for his soulmate Christine, his daughter Isabella, and his bonus son Braxton. This is what he lived for... well, and his cheese, of course.

Please take some time to remember the good times. All the times he made people laugh. The smile he always had. And the love we could all learn to have for others. Casey will be missed so much. It’s up to us to keep his stories alive. Don’t ever stop telling them. Support Christine in any way you can. She needs to be there for the kids and herself, and it won’t be easy. Especially because now she has to be the funny one (even though Casey told her she wasn’t that funny—psh).

Selfishly, we want him here. I’m sure he would stay forever if his health allowed him to. It is absolutely okay to break, but don’t stay there—we know he wouldn’t want that.
