Help Christina’s Family Rise from the Ashes after Eaton Fire
Donation protected
Christina, Will, and their three-year-old daughter, Winslow, lost their home and all possessions to the Eaton Fire in Altadena.
On Tuesday, January 7, 2025, their lives were forever changed by the fire, which descended rapidly from the nearby San Gabriel mountains. Under order of emergency evacuation, they quickly packed some essentials and headed an hour south to Will’s parent’s place. The next day they became aware that their home and property were gone.
This is what is left from their home they loved and cherished. We cannot even imagine how heartbreaking, devastating and painful this must be. Please donate or share their story to friends and family to help them heal.
I am Christina’s cousin and Christina is to me like my younger sister I never had.
Christina and Will have been a happy couple building their lives together. They enjoy hiking and camping, and have introduced Winslow to these outdoor activities at her young age. Christina is practiced in the culinary arts, and any meal she prepares is memorable. Will likes to build and fix things and worked very hard with Christina to make improvements to their house to make it a beautiful place to live and raise their adorable daughter. Winslow is a precocious child who can hold down her end of any conversation. She loves playing with her dogs, Bochy and Peaches and helps mom with her wonderful cooking.
After college, Christina became employed at NASA-JPL where she met Will. Will is a Robotics Engineer at JPL, most recently working on the CADRE Lunar Rovers, soon to be launched to the Moon. Christina was an executive staff assistant for the Mars Program prior to becoming a stay at home parent after Winslow’s 1st birthday. It is hard to believe that their dream to raise Winslow at their beautiful home in Altadena is shattered and now they have to start all over.
Your donation will go directly to Christina’s family. I'm hoping you can join me in assisting them at this tragic time. If you can, please share this link. Thank you for giving to Christina and her family.
