Help Christina & Her Family with Her Cancer Fight

My sister, Christina Horvath, was diagnosed with aggressive brain cancer this week. She will be undergoing surgery very soon, at which time as much of the malignant tumor will be removed as possible. While we still have a lot to learn about her illness and condition, we do know that doctors will not be able to remove the tumor in its entirety. After surgery, Christina's doctors will  be developing a treatment plan with her, which will most likely include radiation and chemotherapy.

Due to the nature of work that Christina does, she does not have any paid sick time benefits; this will become more and more financially-challenging for her family over time.  It is for this reason that I have set up this fund. Christina is in for the fight of her life.  Along with Jose (her husband) and their 2 teenage daughters, there is so much to work through. This financial burden is not a burden I want them to have to endure throughout this crisis.

Needless to say, we are all devastated by this news and are struggling to come to terms with what has transpired this week. Any support received will go towards helping Christina, Jose, and their daughters. Thank you for your support.
