Help Christina Recover After a Serious Car Accident & Emergency Surgery
Hi, my name is Aspen, and I’m creating this fundraiser for my sister, Christina.
If you know Christina, you know how hard she works and how deeply she shows up for her children. She carries a lot quietly and rarely asks for help — which is why I’m stepping in to ask on her behalf.
Christina was recently involved in a serious car accident that resulted in emergency surgery and additional injuries. She underwent an appendectomy performed by a trauma surgeon. Doctors confirmed there was no infection, and the findings were consistent with trauma related to the accident.
In addition to surgery, she sustained back and neck injuries. At her post-operative appointment, she was medically advised that she cannot return to work until March 17th — approximately 6–8 weeks of recovery. She is also under strict lifting restrictions of no more than 10 pounds during this time, making it impossible for her to perform the physically demanding work she normally does.
Since the initial surgery, she has experienced complications that required multiple emergency room visits and continued medical monitoring.
Christina is the sole provider for her children and the primary financial support for her household. Her work requires long hours on her feet and physical activity, and she cannot safely return until cleared by her doctors.
During this recovery period, she is facing:
• Emergency medical expenses
• Ongoing recovery care
• Loss of income
• Rent, utilities, food, and essential living expenses
• The responsibility of caring for her children and their five dogs while healing
She would never ask for help herself — so I’m asking for her.
If you are able to donate or even share this page, it truly makes a difference. Your support allows her to focus on healing and being present for her children without the added stress of financial uncertainty.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
With gratitude,
Aspen
