Christina lost her daughter in a car accident on November 17, and her entire world was turned upside down. She is now raising her two grieving granddaughters, ages 14 and 7. While stepping in to care for them, Christina lost her job of 20 years and has been struggling both financially and emotionally ever since. She now has just five days to come up with rent before facing eviction. Her current plan is to buy heaters for her car so she and her granddaughters will at least have some form of shelter.
