On Thursday, May 21, 2026, our brothers Christian and William had just gone to see "Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu" on opening night. While walking home after the movie, they were struck by a driver. This is an ongoing investigation. Neither of them survived.
Our brother Christian was 32 years old and one of the most genuinely optimistic people I've ever known. He loved life loudly, was so easygoing and laid back, always talking, always laughing, endlessly kind. He was passionate about his favorite shows and one of his biggest interests was collecting and building Gundam models.
Our brother William was 28. He and Christian were inseparable — best friends their whole lives. William was kind, sensitive, and deeply curious about the world. They complemented each other in every way. William loved video games, making friends, and sharing interests with the people around him.
This is Nina and Kelly, their sisters. Every bit of support is a hand reaching out in the dark to us right now. They deserved to make it home. No mother should have to bury her children. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
