Im not really good at this but I need help!

My name is Christian, I am a 32 year old veteran that was recently struck by a car while saving my buddies dog. I have been told I now have a 30% chance of ever walking again. Most people who know me know that I’m an extremely active person and love to help others in any way possible as long as it keeps me busy. So you could only imagine how much this hurts me to know it may have just ended. I’m asking for help for the first time ever and feel horrible doing so. If there are any questions please feel free to ask. I have a minimum of 18 months of rehabilitation to do to hopefully get back on my feet. If anyone is willing to help me I’d appreciate it so much. My expenses are going toward physical therapy my stay in an out patient facility and supplies needed to further improve my disability.
