Help Christian on His Journey to Recovery And Healing

Dear friends and family, As we approach nearly a year since Christian’s traumatic brain injury (TBI), we want to share an update on his journey and what lies ahead as we prepare for him to come home.

 For those who are new here, Christian suffered a serious traumatic brain injury that has changed his life—and ours—forever. Since then, he has faced multiple surgeries, ongoing treatments, therapies, and medical challenges that require constant care and support.

 Christian continues to show incredible strength and courage every day. He is a loving father to three amazing children who still need him deeply. That love motivates all of us to keep fighting alongside him.

 He will need ongoing medical treatment and care for the foreseeable future. My mom and I both work full time, and we simply cannot do this alone. The physical, emotional, and financial toll on our family has been immense, but we remain committed to Christian’s recovery.

 Funds raised go directly toward Christian’s medical expenses, including medications, therapies, equipment, and other essential needs. Every dollar makes a real difference in his care.

 We are still navigating the challenging and long process of securing state benefits to help with his care. Unfortunately, this has been slow and difficult. Meanwhile, we’re paying for his medications out of pocket since his COBRA insurance ended.

 Christian will still require ongoing treatment and therapy once he is home to continue his recovery and improve his quality of life. We remain hopeful and committed to giving him the best care possible.
