Recently, I was in a car accident while entering a main road from a side street. I had come to a complete stop, looked both ways, and proceeded cautiously, but a car came speeding down the road and we collided. While I’m grateful to be safe, the damage to my car has completely disrupted my ability to get to school, work, and help my family.

What hurts the most is that I wasn’t even going out for myself. I was heading out to support my family. As someone raised by a single mom, I understand the importance of stepping up, and that’s exactly what I was trying to do.

Now I’m without reliable transportation. Between balancing school, work, and family responsibilities, this situation has made things incredibly difficult. The funds raised will go directly toward repairing my car and helping me regain some stability.
