Help Chrissy get the surgery she needs!

Chrissy is our family dog. She chose us over 5 years ago when Leo went to pick her up after seeing she needed a new home. She is the kindest dog you'll ever meet. She loves belly rubs and when you give her the biggest hugs. She loves to run in the fields around our house and chase squirrels all day.  (She's a professional squirrel hunter at this point!) She is more than just a dog to us, she is our family. 

Last night, she was hit by a car and rushed to Bakersfield Veterinary Hospital. She miraculously did not damage her internal organs or her hind area, however, she fractured her front left leg. This fracture is a spiral fracture that will not be able to heal on its own, as she is an older dog. She kept a smile on her face through it all and was so calm. However, now she needs surgery in order to walk again and chase after those squirrels. We are asking for donations to help fund her surgery as it is a larger and more expensive surgery. Anything helps! Chrissy is more than a dog, she's a friend and she's a great listener with a large heart. 

Her surgery is set for next week as it needs to be done as soon as possible.
