Help Chris transition back to his home

Hello friends and family we are asking with humble hearts for your help in the transition to get my brother Chris moved from the hospital to his home. On 1/9 he had an accident that caused some major trauma to the brain. Since then he has been in a coma, we are grateful as he has made progress and is now off the ventilator! But we are being told the next step for him is going to be to sending him home. Unfortunately he has no insurance and between his medical equipment and medication we are seeking for some assistance to help him set up . Anything can help even if you are not able help financially join me in sharing this post so we can help this transition go smoothly.
