My name is Chris Boontjes.

I experience grand mal seizures as an epileptic. During a recent seizure, two of my fingers were cut to the bone, leaving me with the possibility of permanent nerve damage. My hope is to have my dog, Lucky, trained as a service dog. Once trained Lucky could warn me in advance of a seizure and this will prevent further injury.

Lucky has been approved for the training program.

The total cost is $5100 so I am asking for your support to help make this plan a reality.

This training will be life changing for both myself and Lucky and will ensure my future safety and livelihood.
