Hello everyone, thank you for stopping by. My name is Chris Campbell, and for the past 20 years I have been learning, training, and perfecting my skills as a chef. All the accomplishments during my career were always backed with a serious driving force to one day achieve my goal of opening my own casual fine dining restaurant. My dream is to be able to share my creativity, love for food, and culture with my community. I began my culinary journey as a dishwasher at the age of twelve. Unbeknown to me, this would project me into a serious attachment to the trade, as I instantly fell in love with working in a kitchen. Through that specific defying moment, I have worked my way through the ranks and am now ready to take the reins to become the head chef of my own restaurant. I would be forever grateful to be able to share my passion for food with everyone. Every meal I create involves thought into the sight, smell and taste of the food, that creates an individual and unique experience.
As much as this is my dream, I also do this for my family. My beautiful wife Emily has only ever been supportive and helpful in reaching my dream, and our beautiful daughter Murphy, who is our everything. I cannot express enough, how all that I do, in every aspect of my life, is for my family. I have started this go fund me in hopes of raising money for opening and starting the restaurant of my dreams. Asking for help, did not happen overnight. The past four years I have done extensive research on restaurant operations, while preparing my business plan. I feel confident in understanding what it takes to open and run a successful restaurant.
I completely understand that this is an unusual time in the world to start a restaurant business, but I honestly believe the in-person dining experience will be timeless and attainable once again. I genuinely want to be the person to give this to a community.
