Help Chris Save Anchovy After Tragic Injury

My name is Kahrina and I’m making this on behalf of a very dear and longtime friend. My friend Chris’s whole heart was shattered last night when his beloved kitty companion and best friend, Anchovy, suffered a tragic brain injury that nearly took her life. Anchovy was doing kitty things when she tipped an iron board (from my understanding) over and it, sadly and tragically, fell on her head.

Anchovy was immediately raced to the emergency clinic, where they suggested she be taken to the Latham emergency clinic. There, she received emergency treatments including intravenous intervention and an oxygen tent. She isn’t out of the woods quite yet but she is, with all the luck in the world, expected to survive. Being that she sustained a very traumatic head injury, she will likely never be the same.

Precious little Anchovy will need all the love, prayers, and financial help that she can get. As you all know, emergency services for animal companions are, at best, unaffordable for the average person. Chris is on a very limited and fixed income, making these bills nearly impossible to pay.
