My name is Chris, and I never imagined I’d be in this position. On Christmas Eve, my car unexpectedly caught on fire, leaving me without transportation. To make matters even more difficult, I don’t have insurance money to help replace it. This has turned my daily life upside down, as I rely on my car for everything from getting to work to taking care of basic needs.

I’ve always tried to handle things on my own and never like to ask for anything, but right now I’m facing a situation I can’t get through alone. Without a car, it’s nearly impossible for me to keep up with my responsibilities and stay connected to the things that matter most.
