My name is Meghan, and I am one of Christopher's younger cousins.

If you know Chris, you know he would take the time to help anyone at any given time in his life. Chris is one of the hardest workers, one of the best dads to his two daughters, and an inspiration to all. He has shown so much growth in his culinary career, from being head chef at Serafina's and Banners to venturing out on his own and starting his own company.

As most people know, starting a company is a huge endeavor. Chris took this challenge on headfirst and dove right into Lily's, pouring his heart and soul into his amazing craft BBQ food. During the first year, he had financial challenges but was making it work, even if that meant he personally wasn't receiving a paycheck.

This is where this fundraiser comes into play—Chris was given days' notice that the space for Lily's would be closing. Chris has rent, car payments, utilities, and all financial assistance for his daughters to pay for with no income at this time due to the short notice of his company having to close. We are asking for any donations and for you to share this GoFundMe to help get Chris back to a comfortable spot, to be able to search for new employment, and go into the holiday season without the fear of missing monthly payments on his shoulders.
