please help me save child SA victim!!

Hi everyone, my name is Chris. I wish the story I have was a good one, but unfortunately, it's not, and why it is very important to raise funds, it is tragic and life-changing.

This is about an 11-year-old girl who is a brave little hero. She has become my daughter over the past 7 years; I love and care for her very much. It's been very hard on me and really just hard to believe that people can be so horrible. Nearly a month ago, her mother took her to a truck stop in Illinois to meet with a man where they ultimately molested her in the back of the creep's semi-truck during his off time. This was the second or more meetup she had along with evidence of other bad things

I've been having to protect this child for years!! her mother and bio father were accused of exact same thing to their son in Alabama, he was taken by the state but not her. Somehow, the father was still able to get visitation in Wisconsin to see her, even after I've had to stop him from trying to take her from school several times. everything the mother had told me was a lie. This child didn't deserve what happened to her. I intend to keep her safe with me, living a normal life where she can be a happy kid.

Her mother and that man were each arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a minor under 13 and unlawful detainment. She was released the next day; her family took the car, she locked the debit card, had 3 grand, and got all her stuff out of my trailer. She took this child's innocence as well as everything we needed. family members of hers have been treating this more like a divorce and not like a serious criminal matter she committed against her own child. needless to say the family have not supported the child and even called her a liar. It has been incredibly difficult to maintain a level head amongst the dysfunction. To say the least, I'm fighting alone, and I need help. I have a lot of challenges ahead. This is tragic for a kid to be a victim by her own mom and at the same time losing her mom with no answers to why.

I own my trailer but rent the lot. We have to move. We need to catch up on bills, we need a fresh start, we need a vehicle, a lawyer to maintain custody, and a new permanent home. most the funding we need right now is emergency funding. the rest is a goal I'd like to reach over time. More than anything, because of what happened to her, I want to be able to take her on a vacation and get her a cat. She is just a kid who had to escape a horrible situation and deserves an outlet to free her mind.
