Hi everyone, my name is Chris and I need help paying for a surgery.

If you know me, you know that I am typically a big goof ball and that I love to bring fun and make people laugh. If you know me well, you also know that I have lived with chronic jaw and back pain from a maldeveloped jaw for years. I have also developed severe sleep apnea and beginning to experience right-side nerve damage, which has been causing me severe pain and cognitive disorientation. I have the opportunity to have a surgery on December 11th followed by orthodontic treatment for a year, and a potential second surgery depending on outcomes. I have finally found a specialist who is able to perform jaw surgery, but insurance does not cover the full amount.

The down payment for my procedure is $3,000.00.
