Help Chris Matthias Beat Cancer
Chris beat cancer once before (20 years ago). Unfortunately, it’s back and with a vengeance.
In addition to cancer, Chris has fought Crohn’s disease for most of his life. These two coupled together has created a tremendous amount of burden both emotionally and financially.
Where we can all assist with prayer and good thoughts, financial gifts are also appreciated as you an imagine, this is a lot to take on.
Thank you for your support and we look forward to the day, when Chris is back out on the golf course chasing a little white ball with his friends again.

What he's done prior to 2021:
Diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in 1989 - fight continues.
Diagnosed with Liver Cancer in 2001 - surgery and 20 weeks of chemotherapy.
Beginning 2021:
January 2021, Chris lost 15lbs fast in what felt like Crohn's symptoms.
March 2021, a CT scan showed multiple lesions on is liver, between 15-20 to be exact.
April 2021, following a biopsy, what was originally diagnosed as a return of liver cancer was neuroendocrine cancer that had aggressively moved to his liver.
Today, Chris is in the hospital, no longer able to function and do his job due to pain. Doctors are trying to treat the Crohn's Disease, in an effort to get that under some type of control. He has a mediport, so once he can, chemotherapy treatments will be accessible.
