Help Chris get Skin Removal Surgery

Hello Everyone! This is my wonderful fiancé Chris Lee; a loving, generous, and inspirational human.

In April 2021, Chris decided to start his health and fitness journey. His dedication to becoming a better version of himself drove him forward. Through a diet change (calorie deficit), exercise, and the will to live to see his daughter grow up, Chris became half the man he was, losing over 200 pounds in just shy of one year. With his focus now on building muscle and a goal of entering an all-natural body-building competition, his concern turns to the loose skin that is left behind from his dramatic weight loss.

He feels trapped in his skin, and even with his tremendous success, his confidence falters occasionally. With estimates of a skin removal surgery running between $15-20k, the next step in his journey is a cost prohibitive one. In February of this year, he underwent hernia surgery. The procedure left him with painful sutures that pull on his skin (seen above), making it uncomfortable to perform most physically demanding tasks. These sutures would be removed during skin removal surgery and would no longer hinder his activity.

Chris goes out of his way to help everyone. His upbeat and magnetic personality draws people to him wherever he goes. His sense of humor lights up a room, and laughter is a familiar sound when he’s around. Chris would never ask for money; he feels that he isn’t entitled to ask for help; however, he would appreciate any generosity. *** A few people have reached out to Chris and I about the actual cost of his procedure. His surgeries will cover his whole body, not just his abdomen. His initial evaluation for just his fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty was estimated to cost approximately $10-12k. His legs, chest, and back are all separate procedures and all areas cause him great discomfort. I appreciate the questions and am happy to answer them.
