I'm appealing to everyone to help a brother out. Specifically my brother, but also an honorary brother to his friends and virtual friends. I think we all know that Chris likes to keep things light and fun and would never be one to ask for help, especially of this type, but he's facing some desperate times. Which leaves us with only desperate measures.
As many of you are aware, my brother Chris Lepperd has had serious health problems for some time now. We have been on a frustrating journey looking for a diagnosis, and finally there is one. Unfortunately, it's not good news as he has been diagnosed with brain cancer. He meets with the oncology team this week to schedule surgery to remove a malignant tumor from the base of his brain. It's early days and the treatment plan is uncertain.
What we do know is that Chris had been unable to work for some time and will be unable to work for the indefinite future. With no income at the time and very sporadic paychecks for the past months, he is in very real need of financial help! He has enough to worry about and deal with trying to cope with the serious health issues at hand. My hope is that with all the wonderful friends and family he has in his life, we can ease the burden of keeping a roof over his , utility, food, gas, car and all the other expenses he will encounter along the way.
I honestly believe that we can all make a difference here in his life. While we can't heal him physically, we can give him less to worry about while he endures treatment and recovers.
I understand not everyone is in a position to give financially, but, please, please SHARE THE HELL out of this campaign!
