Hello Internet!

This is hard for me to do, but here goes: late last year I lost my job. As a result, the past year has been one of much financial and employment hardship, with more than a few false starts, bad decisions, and low income flowing into the proverbial coffers. The good news is that starting in the new year, I will have finally found gainful employment that will satisfy both my financial and work/life balance needs. Huzzah!!

However, before my first paycheck from said new job, I'm going to have bills coming in that I won't be able to pay. I hate having to come to strangers on the internet for help, humble hat in hand, but circumstances have left me no choice. All the obligatory grateful statements apply of course. Anything you can spare, even if you just share this with others, will be much appreciated.
