Help Chris and Trish Rebuild After Devastating House Fire

Dear Friends/Family/Acquaintances of Trish and Chris,

As you may or may not know, Chris and Trish just finished settling into their beautiful new home together just in time for the holiday season. They hosted family and friends for a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner just two short weeks ago. The home they put together was truly so lovely and carried so much of both of their personalities and love in it.

Today we received the gut-wrenching news that a sudden fire took place last night (January 8th, 2025), taking not just the home they had created together, but two very cherished furry members of their family as well. The pain of losing their loyal companions and their home is unimaginable, and rebuilding feels overwhelming and insurmountable at this moment in time.

While insurance will cover some of the damages, the deductible alone is a staggering $11,000 - an amount that is incredibly hard for them to come up with during this devastating time. If you know Chris and Trish, you know they are both such giving and loving people and would give anyone the shirt off of their own backs. Now, they need our help to recover as their loving community. With your help, we can ease their burden and give them the means to start over. Every dollar raised will go directly toward covering the deductible, securing them temporary shelter, and replacing essential belongings for the time being as well as hopefully helping soften the blow of the losses they will not be able to replace (sentimental keepsakes and the fur babies).
