With nearly 24 years of experience in various service industries, I've honed my skills, worn many hats, and explored diverse professional avenues. Today, I stand on the brink of realizing a lifelong dream, embarking on this journey alongside my partner, Jannea Tschirch.

Over the past decade, I've immersed myself in the world of wine, not just in sales but also in grape cultivation. Jannea brings her 20 years of expertise in the food and wine industry, having been an integral part of some of San Francisco's most influential establishments. This venture has been a labor of love, fueled by the aspiration to create something truly extraordinary. Today, I'm thrilled to announce that this dream is coming to life.

We've already secured a location in North Beach and have the necessary permits, thanks to the generosity of our dedicated small-scale investors. Our location is in a prime spot with excellent foot traffic and will surely become a destination for locals and tourists alike.
