Help Chris and his family survive cancer

Hey everyone!

First of all thank you for taking the time to read this. I’ll try to keep it as short and sweet as possible. I’m making this gofundme for my absolute best friends family. I don’t even know where to start with them. Let’s maybe get to know them a little first before I tell you why they need your help. They’re a wonderfully blended family with my best friend Jenn, her boyfriend Chris and their 4 small children. Jenn is a devoted mother to her children, and Chris works hard to support their little family.

Starting in maybe I wanna say April of this year their life went in a tailspin, they unfortunately had to leave their home, and ended up staying where ever they could, mostly hotels. Finally, being summertime they got a camper and decided to stay there to save up for an apartment of their own. After months of scraping by and saving they finally got a place of their own. Only to find out shortly after that Chris has Stage 3 colon cancer and now due to treatment can’t work. He does have short term disability through work but in these trying times that’s not enough. Chris also unfortunately will also have to have his colon removed and will be left with a permanent colostomy bag, effecting him for the rest of his life.  

With copays for appointments and prescriptions, coupled with the costs of having to drive hours for treatments, the lifetime costs of a colostomy bag  on top of not getting a full pay check, this beautiful family could really use some help.  I know times are tough for everyone, but every dollar and every share help.
