On September 8, 2019 Chris suffered a massive heart attack while spending the day with his 5 year old son Alex.  It has been over a month and chris is still in critical condition in cardio-icu at Tarzana Providence Hospital. As of today, he is still unable to wake up with the worries of possible brain damage from the lack of oxygen going to his brain when his heart stopped pumping blood and oxygen to his brain. We have been lucky to see several days of him opening his eyes and making random movements with his arms and hands but still he has not been able to wake up. We are praying everyday for him to show signs of improvement with some type of response to our commands like "open your eyes" or "squeeze my hand"
We have a very long road to recovery. Chris's wife has not been working since she is next to chris everyday in the hospital hoping for him to wake up. They have a mortgage, 2 car payments and Alex's private school tuition to manage and we all know that banks and creditors have zero sympathy for emergencies like this. Please help this family out with what you can. Chris's love and passion for the outdoors and off-road community are well known by his family and jeep community. All proceeds raised will be used to keep his son Alex in school and manage their finances to keep their home until Chris can come home.
