Help Chris and Family Through Heart Surgery

Hi, my name is Chris and at the end of April, I started having weird, unexpected chest pains one night and went to the ER. After a ton of blood tests and X-rays, they couldn't find what was wrong with me and sent me home. A few weeks later, on May 23rd, I had another episode of the same chest pain and went into the ER. Again, they did all the work and couldn't find anything wrong. Just a few days later, on May 27th, I had more and worse chest pain and went to the ER for a third time with the same results. At this point, I'm getting frustrated and scared that they can't figure out what is causing this pain. The next night, on May 28th, I ended up having the worst chest pain out of all the episodes and went back to the ER. This visit ended up being different because I had a doctor who had treated me before and knew they'd done almost everything. We talked for a while and decided to do a CT scan to see if that could reveal what was going on! That scan ended up being the winning move because it revealed an anomaly in my heart. Instead of having left and right veins coming from the coronary artery, both the left and the right are on the left side, forcing the right to wrap around to get to the right side to continue blood flow. That vein ends up getting pinched between the coronary artery and a lung. Now, I will be scheduled for open-heart surgery to correct the vein and be rid of this chest pain.

I have a gorgeous fiancée and two beautiful daughters who are my world and are helping me through this stressful time.

I'm asking for donations to help with our monthly bills and living expenses because I only work part time so don't even have the option for medical leave and my fiancée will not be working nor will she be getting paid either because we are not married yet and her medical leave will just protect her job, nothing more. I'm expected to be in the hospital for a week after surgery and then be home with heavy restrictions for another month and a half.
