Help Chris and Family Overcome Financial Strain

First, I would like to say, we have a very hard time asking for any assistance. However, my fiance, Chris, has had to take off of work for over a month now due to a medical emergency. He was in the hospital for a couple of weeks and had to have a toe, along with part of his right foot removed due to an aggressive infection. He is on the mend now and will be able to return to work soon.

In the meantime, the lack of work and mounting medical expenses have caused a significant financial strain. We are not able to cover the current remaining medical bills and we are not going to be able to make our next mortgage payment. Chris has always been first in line to help someone with financial issues when able. He has a big heart and does everything he can to not ask for anything in return. He feels that it would be unfair to ask for help that he has always been so free to give. He says that he does not want to be a burden on others.

We are a small family of 3 just trying to make it through this scary situation. Any help you are able to give will go a long way. For those of you that know Chris, this is your chance to prove him wrong about something! Let's show him that people really do care and that needing help sometimes does not make him a burden.
