Hi, I'm Kathy. My sister Christi and her partner Al are struggling with many issues, compounding on each other right now. I updated their photo so you would know who you are helping.
Al is a retired bartender receiving military benefits, which are not providing enough support financially or medically. Christi shared with me that if he had retired from the military his benefits would be different.
He is now struggling with walking and has to attend Physical Therapy sessions in town. His vehicle is not working (the alternator just went out). Christi has started a job in town and is struggling with keeping up with all the caretaker duties. To top it off one of her cats feel out of a tree (not a very coordinated little thing, which is probably why they named her Bonkers) and broke one of her back legs. Chris and Al are struggling to make ends meet, and now these extra expenses are really difficult. Let's show them our love and support.
