Help Chris Afford Urgent Back Surgery

Hello,

My name is Chris. I’m in need of surgery on my back. I have been out of work for one year on medical leave no pay fighting L&I. I’m trying to raise $500 for my co-pay and prescriptions also any follow up appointments needed after. The doctor Scheduled my surgery for July 25th and Co-Pay is due by the 18th of July so limited on time. Please if inclined to help any donation no matter how small helps. I’m asking for the minimum amount I feel I will need I’m not here to make money. I really just want to get back to work this surgery will help me with that.
