Help Lottie Stay in Humboldt – A Community Member in Need
Donation protected
Lottie is a beloved member of our Humboldt County community—a talented performer, dedicated house cleaner, and a friend to so many. She has lived in Humboldt for the past 4.5 years, building a life here with her two cherished cats, Pippin (8 years old) and Xena (4 years old). But now, Chloe faces a difficult challenge: if she can't find stable housing soon, she may have to leave the place she’s called home and return to Washington State.
Chloe works hard as a house cleaner, relying on her car to get to her jobs and support herself. But her vehicle is also in need of repairs, and her registration is past due, putting her ability to work—and her independence—at risk. Without a reliable car or a stable place to live, Chloe’s situation has become increasingly dire.
We’re reaching out to the community to help Chloe stay in Humboldt and continue contributing her talents and hard work. She needs support to catch up on her car registration, get her vehicle back in working order, and secure affordable housing so she can stay here with Pippin and Xena, and the life she’s built.
Chloe is an incredibly reliable and hardworking person who has always shown dedication and care in everything she does. Now, it's our turn to help her when she needs it most. Any donation, big or small, will make a huge difference and bring her one step closer to staying in Humboldt with her cats, her work, and the community she loves.
$700-800 of these funds will go to vehicle expenses and the rest will cover a deposit and rent or other living expenses like her cell phone bill, WiFi, etc.
If she’s unable to find housing in Humboldt County, any funds raised will go toward helping cover her moving expenses back to Washington. Thank you for your generosity, your support, and for helping Chloe stay in the community she calls home.
