Help Chloe & Jack recover from fire damage
Donation protected
Hello! The Raven & Rose Boutique family is garnering support for our friends in the community (Chloe and Jack) who lost nearly everything they own in a fire caused by an explosion in a neighboring abandoned house. The fire broke out early on Monday, September 5th, 2022. They, and fellow tenants, sustained huge losses due to water and smoke damage.
They lived on the second floor of downtown Eugene's three-story "Patterson House" apartment building. On the day of the fire, KEZI 9 News wrote, "the fire started at an abandoned building located next to the Patterson House and was upgraded to a two-alarm fire after the abandoned building became fully involved. The fire upgraded to a three-alarm fire after the Patterson House caught on fire."
Chloe and Jack are both talented small business owners here in Eugene. Chloe is an Esthetician and Nanny, and Jack is a local maker who makes incense by hand to sell in local shops, like the Raven & Rose Boutique.
Chloe and Jack will stay in a hotel with their cats until they figure out how to move forward. They could use any help to cover housing and replacement costs of belongings they lost initially.
The profile picture on this page was saved from their apartment amidst the water-logged items. Chloe and Jack are accepting donations via Paypal. You can donate by using the email in PayPal: chloembaca at gmail.com
