Today, we learned just how much Chloe has been dealing with, and the news was heartbreaking.

Chloe is suffering from serious problems with her nose, teeth, and one of her eyes. During her veterinary visit today, her nose had to be flushed, and we found out that several of her damaged teeth will need to be removed.

Sadly, one of Chloe’s eyes is also permanently damaged and will need to be surgically removed. Our veterinarian believes the damage may be the result of a severe infection she suffered when she was very young.

We may never know how long Chloe has lived with pain or what she went through before coming into our care. But we do know that she deserves the chance to finally feel safe, comfortable, and free from pain.

Chloe now needs dental surgery, eye surgery, medication, follow-up appointments, and continued veterinary care during her recovery. The cost of treatment is adding up quickly, and we are asking for help to give her the care she needs.
