Help Chloe Heal:
Life-Saving Heart Surgery for Our Brave Little Pickleballer
Dear Friends and Supporters,
Chloe is our energetic, lovable 8-year-old who lights up every room. She dreams of becoming an artist—creating beautiful things that bring joy to others—or perhaps a doctor, to help others live their dreams. Her laugh is contagious, her heart full of kindness, and her spirit is pure sunshine.
Like her mom, Chloe is absolutely crazy about pickleball. She cheers from the sidelines, dinks with friends, and helps run our twice-weekly Street Pickleball Ortigas program. She’s the youngest pickleball ambassador of our community—and one of the bravest.
But behind her joyful spirit is a serious medical challenge.
Chloe was recently diagnosed with a large Atrial Septal Defect (ASD)—a hole in the wall between the upper chambers of her heart. It’s causing her right ventricle to enlarge, and without surgery, it could lead to life-threatening complications.
Her pediatric cardiologist recently conducted a series of tests and recommends urgent open-heart surgery to close the defect. And while Chloe’s long-term prognosis is good—the financial burden this imposes on the family is overwhelming.
In the past two years, we have already shouldered two major surgeries for loved ones—without the help of major medical insurance. Now, we’re facing another, and humbly seeking support.
We’ve canvassed local hospitals and the estimated cost of Chloe’s surgery is just over $30,000, depending on the facility and post-operative care. We’re applying for PhilHealth and exploring all reasonable options—but still need help to make this life-saving procedure possible.
For those who can, your kind donation will go directly toward:
• Chloe’s surgery and hospital stay
• Post-operative recovery and medications
• Transportation and family support during her recovery
With your help, we’ll share updates along the way—from pre-op preparations to recovery milestones. Your love means the world to us, and to Chloe. With your help, let’s give her the healthy heart she deserves—and the future she’s meant to live!
Thank you for standing with us during this difficult time. Your support means a lot!
With love and gratitude,
