Chit Min's journey is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit. Born into an impoverished Burmese migrant family, he (currently 20 years old) faced immense challenges from the very beginning. Yet, amidst adversity, he cultivated a deep love for learning. Despite the limitations imposed by his circumstances, Chit Min excelled academically, mastering Burmese, Thai, and English, while developing a growing fascination with science.

Chit Min is not afraid to dream big and take action. His unwavering commitment to reach for the stars has led to a remarkable opportunity. He applied to the prestigious Walailak University College of Dentistry and was accepted as one of 30 students selected out of hundreds of talented applicants — a dream he has cherished for years. However, coming from an impoverished family, the cost of tuition presents a significant hurdle. Without financial support, this life-changing opportunity may slip through his fingers.

Chit Min embodies the spirit of perseverance and the determination to transform lives. Your support will directly enable Chit Min to:

To start his first semester, he needs 600,000 Thai Baht (roughly 17,000 Euros). He needs to pay these fees in February to begin. We know this sounds daunting, and we have made no promises, but Chit Min's perseverance is an inspiration and we are willing to try and help him reach for the stars.

Scholarship funds will become available to him after completing his first year. He may receive full financial support from the school if he ranks among the top students in his class. Once he completes the first year, he is determined to maintain eligibility for continued funding.
