Help Chiris Attend World Class Academy

Thank you so kindly for helping 16 year-old Chiris (Christopher Alvarez Fonseca) attend the Spring semester of World Class Academy!

Chiris is a passionate, kind, talented, and very motivated kayaker from Jalcomulco, Mexico. Jalcomulco and the state Veracruz in general is a dream paddling destination which many Western paddle come to enjoy. Chiris has thrived through his life and financial hardships and has been adopted by this incredible local paddling community. Through supporting Chiris we can give back to the greater paddling community of Mexico and expend to Chiris the privilege that many kids in the United States enjoy.

Chiris's dream has been to attend World Class Academy and he has been recently accepted and granted a partial scholarship to attend the spring semester. Chiris doesn't have the economic means or family support to attend this incredible, life-changing program. We're kindly leaning into the support of the greater paddling community to raise support for this promising young man and passionate paddler.

Let's pull together and help make this kid's dream come true. In turn, he will inspire all of us and help lead the way for this generation of kayakers. Heartfelt gratitude from all of us who love Chiris and of the entire Mexico paddling community.
