I'm needing help with my baby Chiquito. His penis is erect and won't go back in, and we've tried all the home remedies but nothing has worked. As a broke college kid, I don't have the money to take him to the vet, and I'm so worried about him. Chiquito is my 8-year-old chihuahua, and I've had him his whole life.
