Help Chip Seward Secure His French Retirement

Over the past few years, it has come to my attention that I am entitled to a French retirement based on the monies I paid into the French retirement system. As many of you know, dealing with any administrative process can be costly and, in this particular case, even more so due to the different ways I paid into the system. In order to complete my application, I need to hire professionals in France to help me. My friend Joe Smallhoover is helping me on a pro bono basis.
