Help Chip in the fight for his life!

Hi, I am John M. Hoyt, and I am attempting to do anything I can to help Chip McDonald and his family as Chip endures the misery of ongoing cancer treatments and the bills that don't stop coming in.

You may know Chip, or recognize him if you are into live music as he helped me get Hot As A Pepper Party Band started and fronted it for years. He's entertained small backyard gathers, up to festivals of thousands of music lovers!

He's always been the one helping others, and always with a smile on his face, so this is a hard ask but...

Chip has developed Stage 4 Small Cell Renal Cancer, and it has spread throughout his body.

He was diagnosed in January of 2022 after he began feeling poorly in 2021, and has been undergoing treatment, including travels to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Texas.

As you can imagine, with Chip unable to work, money is extremely tight and that is why I am here asking for your help.

If you have been blessed with an extra dollar or two, or if you feel so led, would you consider helping out my best friend, Chip, his wife Debra and daughter Keely?

Any extra funds that come in beyond keeping the lights on and food in the refrigerator type expenses will be used towards a "step-in bathtub". This would enable Chip to be independent and safely get in and out of the tub that he finds comfort in daily as the hot water helps alleviate some of the pain!
