Please help Chip finish her house, avoid bankruptcy and rebuild her life.

Most of my friends know Chip and have probably been helped by her at one time or another.  She is a loyal and generous person who gives freely of her time, her carpentry skills and her heart.  She has been struggling to finish renovations on her house (by herself) so she can sell it, and begin rebuilding her financial life and taking care of her health.  She has put her own needs aside for so long that she finds herself in a dire situation.  She does not have the resources or stamina to finish the remaining work that needs to be completed:  selling/moving furniture, plumbing issues, hanging drywall, painting, roofing and more.  Because she has the know-how to do the renovations herself, she has been working mornings, nights and weekends on the house by herself, and fulltime at Lowe's during the week.  If she walks away she will be in substantial debt necessitating a bankruptcy claim.   She doesn't want to give up but her strength has been severely sapped.  At 57 years of age and with 4 slipped discs, I think she deserves a break from all this hard physical labor and a fresh start.

Please consider donating to this fund, no matter how small a contribution you can make.  With the donations, she will be able to hire others to finish the work quickly, sparing her the physical toil and mental stress.  If you cannot contribute monetarily, but you have a truck or know of a service that would pick up furniture and other items that need to be relocated, please leave a comment.
