Help Chino: Urgent Medical Care Needed

Chino is a 1-year-old recently rescued Chihuahua mix whom I saved from the euthanasia list. On the ride home from the animal control department, which we got him from, he began coughing pretty relentlessly, which only worsened overnight. We found him with crusted eyes and a snotty nose the next day, and the cough persisted. After taking him to the vet, they discovered a dangerously high white blood cell count and abnormal sounds in both lungs. We've got him on antibiotics currently, but I don't have enough money to afford all the vet care he currently needs. Anything helps.
