This is Marisha Crooks. Sadly Marisha passed away on the 23rd of March, 2020 after falling ill with COVID-19. Up until now Marisha has been unable to be laid to rest as her family struggle to meet the funeral costs. Marisha lived a difficult life complicated with mental health issues but one thing that brought joy to her life was being a mother. Her death leaves behind 3 children, 2 with special needs and leaves their grandmother, Hermine as their sole full-time carer.

We are looking to raise funds for all of Marisha’s funeral costs which estimate in the region of £7200. We are also looking to raise funds to support grandmother, Hermine in the raising of her grandchildren. These will include: their general care and welfare, education and social needs. This will also include re-housing needs for her children and their grandmother. So we are looking raise funds that we feel will be a great head start for this family going through extremely difficult circumstances.
